Thank you for visiting and shopping at SANCHA. Below you will find the details of my shipping policy.
Order Processing Time

All orders are freshly baked and packaged to order within 24 hours of being dispatched for delivery.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. As a general rule, I bake every Monday but may be able to bake on other days in exceptional circumstances.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I currently offer:

UK Tracked 48: 1 - 2 business days* including with all orders free of charge.

UK Tracked 24: Next day delivery* (at an extra charge for customers wishing to have faster delivery).

Local Pickup (Cambridge only): Free (available by prior arrangement)
*Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy seasons or due to postal service issues beyond our control. SANCHA cannot be held liable for late or missed deliveries. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Delivery Areas

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Packaging
All my bakes are securely and sustainably packaged to ensure freshness and safe delivery. Where possible, I use recyclable or compostable materials in my packaging in line with my commitment to environmental sustainability. No plastic is used at all throughout my production process.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number by email (if applicable).
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an issue (e.g. wrong item), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
