Thank you for choosing and supporting SANCHA. Every item is freshly handmade with care and your satisfaction is of paramount importance. Please read me policy below for information regarding returns and refunds.
Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or collected.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate you as best I can.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or not up to standard, I'm here to help.
To be eligible for a resolution:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the order

I may be able to offer a replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been prepared or dispatched.

Allergy Disclaimer
Please read all product descriptions carefully. While we take precautions, all items are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy may be present.
A leaflet with the allergens and ingredients will also be included with every order.
